近日，由120名建筑師、城市規(guī)劃師和公共服務(wù)專業(yè)人員組成的俄羅斯考察團(tuán)訪問廣州和深圳，參加國際培訓(xùn)研討會(huì)。山水比德在廣州落地的精品項(xiàng)目——廣州永慶坊三期及廣州花都港頭村項(xiàng)目，被選中為團(tuán)隊(duì)對于設(shè)計(jì)落地及運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)的考察項(xiàng)目，山水比德設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)Angela Silbermann在項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的陪同下，在項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場迎接了代表團(tuán)的到來，并引導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)參觀，介紹嶺南建筑和文化在城市和鄉(xiāng)村背景下的當(dāng)代實(shí)踐。
A Russian delegation comprising 120 architects, urban planners, and public service professionals recently visited Guangzhou and Shenzhen as part of an international training workshop. During their visit, they explored two projects of S.P.I Design in Guangzhou - Yongqing Fang and Gangtou Ancient Village - to examine the design processes, implementations, and operations. S.P.I Design Director Angela Silbermann, accompanied by members of the project design team, welcomed the delegation on-site, guiding them through a tour and providing insights into the distinct typologies of Lingnan architecture and culture in both urban and rural settings.
在廣州永慶坊，項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)師向來訪團(tuán)介紹了廣州西關(guān)的歷史和騎樓建筑風(fēng)貌的形成和演變，通過現(xiàn)場走訪和實(shí)地講解讓來訪團(tuán)深入了解了山水比德如何將這些歷史文化遺產(chǎn)融入到設(shè)計(jì)中，通過新舊交疊的設(shè)計(jì)賦予場地新的生機(jī)與活力。
At Yongqing Fang in Guangzhou, the project designer introduced the delegation to the history of Xiguan and the evolution of the architectural landscape of the arcade buildings in the city. Through the site visit and on-site presentation, the delegation gained an in-depth understanding of how S.P.I Design integrated these historical and cultural heritages into its design, breathing new life into the site by blending old and new elements.
在廣州花都港頭村內(nèi)，Angela帶領(lǐng)來訪團(tuán)了解了廣府梳式村落布局特色，以及傳統(tǒng)嶺南建筑構(gòu)件和裝飾特點(diǎn)。此外，當(dāng)?shù)剜l(xiāng)村酒店的經(jīng)營者與設(shè)計(jì)師分享了她對租賃模式、運(yùn)營以及如何吸引全球客人的第一手見解。
In Gangtou Village, Huadu, Guangzhou, Angela led the group through the distinctive features of the Cantonese comb-style village layout, as well as the traditional Lingnan architectural elements and decorative details. Furthermore, the rural hotel operator shared valuable insights with the designers on the leasing model, operations, and strategies for attracting guests globally.
山水比德對本地文化背景、鄉(xiāng)土元素、傳統(tǒng)建筑材料及裝飾的深入研究，以及將其轉(zhuǎn)化為具有高度地方認(rèn)同感的當(dāng)代設(shè)計(jì)理念，給外國設(shè)計(jì)師留下了深刻印象。團(tuán)隊(duì)主要關(guān)注中國的項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營實(shí)踐，包括開發(fā)商與政府如何合作、如何獲得改造權(quán)（尤其是從私營實(shí)體獲得改造權(quán)），以及后續(xù)的融資、租賃及盈利模式等方面。
The foreign designers were deeply impressed by S.P.I Design’s thorough research into cultural context, historical materials, and vernacular elements, and how these were translated into contemporary designs with a strong sense of place and identity. Many questions also focused on project operations in China, including the cooperation between developers and the government, securing renovation rights - especially from private owners - financing, leasing practices and terms, and profit models.
此次國際培訓(xùn)研討會(huì)是莫斯科非政府組織 architists.rf 為來自俄羅斯聯(lián)邦不同地區(qū)的高技能專業(yè)人員舉辦，是為期一年的跨學(xué)科領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力教育和交流計(jì)劃的一部分。這也是該專業(yè)考察團(tuán)隊(duì)第二次來中國學(xué)習(xí)建筑和景觀設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域的標(biāo)桿項(xiàng)目，并與當(dāng)?shù)匦Ｆ笫聵I(yè)單位共同舉辦專業(yè)交流活動(dòng)，如香港科技大學(xué)(廣州)、華南理工大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司，廣州市城市規(guī)劃勘測設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司，珠江實(shí)業(yè)產(chǎn)投集團(tuán)，白鵝潭大灣區(qū)藝術(shù)中心管委會(huì)。
The international workshop is part of a year-long interdisciplinary leadership education and exchange program for highly skilled professionals from various regions of the Russian Federation, organized by architects.rf, a non-governmental organization based in Moscow. This is also the second time the professional delegation has visited China to study leading projects in architecture and landscape design and to engage in professional exchange activities with local academic institutions and organizations, including The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), the Architectural Design & Research Institute of SCUT Co., Ltd., the Guangzhou Urban Planning & Design Survey Research Institute, Guangzhou Pearl River Development Co., Ltd., and the Baietan GBA Art Center Management Committee.
山水比德和architects.rf及各專業(yè)人士通過本次交流活動(dòng)，在房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施開發(fā)、城市生態(tài)、雨污管理等多個(gè)方面建立了進(jìn)一步交流合作的橋梁，并將持續(xù)保持聯(lián)系。未來，山水比德還將繼續(xù)奮力生長，以創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)賦能城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展，成為把山水文化推廣到世界上去的核心力量。
S.P.I Design, architects.rf, and the participating professionals identified numerous opportunities for further exchange and collaboration in fields such as property development, infrastructure, urban ecology, and rainwater and wastewater management. They will continue to keep in touch to explore these possibilities. S.P.I Design aims to advance both urban and rural development through innovative design and to become a leading force in promoting Shanshui culture worldwide.
